Every MKG team member holds a Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) certification.
Look across all measurement tools used and QA to make sure tracking properly against goals.
Develop a strategy on how goals will be measured moving forward now that the audit is complete.
Forecast KPIs based on channels being executed and year over year analysis.
Continue to monitor initial goal tracking set up and analyze best way to meet goals set from the forecast.
Report back opportunities to continue to optimize and meet goals.
